Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sentinel dashboard and related services ("Sentinel", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using Sentinel, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use Sentinel to violate any law or regulation.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not share a single account with multiple individuals outside your organization.
3. Your data and third-party connections
Sentinel connects to Shopify and Google Ads on your behalf using credentials you supply. You confirm that you are authorized to grant these connections and that you have the right to share the data with us for the purpose of providing the service. You may revoke access at any time from your Shopify or Google account.
4. Fees & billing
Pricing, if applicable to your plan, is shown at sign-up or in your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Shopify, Google Ads, cloud providers), or security incidents may temporarily affect access.
6. Intellectual property
Sentinel and its underlying software, design, and trademarks remain our property. You retain ownership of the business data you connect to Sentinel. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Arbitration (U.S. users)
For any claim brought by a user residing in the United States, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. This clause does not apply to small-claims-court actions.
